HydraFacial vs. a Classic Facial: Which Should You Book?
How the two differ, what each includes, and an easy way to choose.

A head spa is a relaxing treatment for your scalp and hair, with a long massage built in. At Glow, it combines a scalp, neck and shoulder massage with a deep-cleansing shampoo massage, steam, a hair mask and a warm herbal rinse. Then we blow-dry and comb out your hair, so you walk out clean and dry.
Think of it as part massage and part hair wash, in a quiet private room. Many of our guests spend long days at a desk, and they book it for the neck and shoulder massage as much as anything else.
Most guests start with our 60-minute Signature Head Spa. Here’s what it includes:
You lie back and get comfortable, and your therapist does the rest.
We have several, from a quick half hour to a full 90 minutes. These are the ones to know for a first visit:
If you can’t decide, book the Signature. You can try a specialty next time.
No. Every water-based head spa ends with a blow-dry and comb-out. We don’t style, so you leave with clean, full-volume hair. The Dry Head Spa uses no water at all.
Yes. For long hair we suggest the Signature Head Spa or longer, which leaves enough time to wash, condition and dry properly.
Yes. Small add-ons include an eye mask ($5), a face mask ($10) and a repair hair mask ($20). You can add one when you book, or ask when you arrive.
Yes. The Glow Signature Package ($288) brings together a hot stone massage, the Signature Head Spa and a facial, and several other spa packages pair a head spa with a massage or a facial.
Glow Day Spa is in Bellevue’s Factoria neighborhood, just off I-90, with dedicated spa parking. We’re open seven days a week. If you’re driving in from Redmond, Mercer Island, Issaquah, Kirkland or Seattle, each of those pages has the route and where to park.
