Our Gua Sha Lifting Facial is built around a traditional Chinese technique: a smooth stone tool gliding along the face and neck in slow, sculpting strokes. It’s a facial and a facial massage in one, and it’s deeply relaxing.
Gua sha comes from traditional Chinese practice. The name describes the motion: smooth, repeated strokes with a flat, rounded tool, often made of stone such as jade or rose quartz. On the face, it’s used gently, with plenty of oil, so the tool glides rather than drags.
In our Gua Sha Lifting Facial, your esthetician works in slow, upward and outward strokes along the jaw, cheeks, brow and neck. It’s part facial, part massage, and one of the most relaxing treatments on our menu.
Choose the 75-minute version to add eye lifting, with extra attention around the eyes. And like every facial at Glow, it finishes with a face, neck and shoulder massage.
